On Monday, November 8, a team of 5 North Scott High School students will be competing against area high schools at Blackhawk College for a Thinker's Throwdown elimination round. The 5 students are: Kayla Kaasa, TJ Reed, Brock Brade, Ashley Raleigh, and Michael Hackbarth. They will represent North Scott at an elimination round to be held at 6:30 p.m. If they do well, they will move on to competition on November 18 at the Victory Store in Davenport for the top scoring 16 area teams. All of these rounds will be televised and aired on Mediacom throughout the month of December. Wish them luck!!
